In his new position, Taylor will lead the company’s global sales efforts. In addition to increasing Aperia Technologies’ growth among commercial fleets, Taylor will ensure that the company’s automatic tire inflation system and proprietary connectivity platform continue to help customers successfully navigate their complex fleet transportation challenges while maximizing each fleet’s tire management program.

James Taylor has over 25 years of experience in the automotive and trucking industry. Taylor held several positions at Meritor, including General Manager of Meritor’s North American Field Operations, called DriveForce. He directed the company’s field sales and service strategy with the DriveForce team of almost 100 professional managers serving the needs of truck fleets and OE truck and trailer dealers in the U.S. and Canada. Most recently, Taylor served as Vice President of Sales and Product Management for TE Connectivity for the company’s North America Automotive business.

Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti, and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Windsor, in Windsor, Ontario.
